How Does FemiCore Work?
FemiCore works across three roles: urinary microbiome support, bladder lining support and muscle tone and signaling support.
The 5-strain probiotic blend has the clearest microbiome-specific role; cranberry and Mimosa Pudica focus on lining and signaling support.
Three roles, five named ingredients
Bladder comfort depends on several factors at once, so the formula is built around three supporting roles.
1. Urinary microbiome support
The five-strain Lactobacillus blend (L. crispatus, L. acidophilus, L. plantarum, L. gasseri and L. casei) is the ingredient most associated with this goal, targeting the urogenital microbiome specifically.
2. Bladder lining support
Cranberry Extract's standardized 30% PAC content is studied for its association with discouraging certain bacteria from adhering to the urinary tract lining. A Cochrane systematic review associated cranberry products with reduced recurrent UTI incidence in some women, though this concerns the ingredient generally, not FemiCore specifically.
3. Muscle tone and signaling support
Mimosa Pudica is traditionally associated with supporting comfortable muscle tone, relevant to bladder signaling coordination. Berberine is included as a supportive compound alongside these core ingredients.
What this realistically means
Support is the operative word throughout. FemiCore supplies nutritional inputs relevant to bladder wellness; it does not treat, cure or prevent UTIs, overactive bladder or any diagnosed condition. See the full ingredient list and what it is designed to support.
